My wife & I enjoy the flavour of fish. And because fish offers a variety of health benefits, we always include it several times each week in our diet for our protein needs and to boost our intake of vitamins, healthy fats and fatty acids. These nutrients play a part in maintaining a healthy heart.

Here are easy-doable and yummy fish meals that my wife regularly prepare at geannhomegarden, good for four people.
